Arggh!!!

So I just talked to the cd manufacturer and they're running really behind. They expect to have my records ready by mid-next week. Yeah, huge bummer. Oh well, there's nothing I can do about it now, but I'll keep you posted as soon as I hear anything else.
In other news, I spent about eight hours singing background vocals with Matthew Perryman Jones yesterday. We were at Sputnik working on Jonah Werner's album. We did the bgv's for the whole record in a day and it was a blast. Unfortunately, Mitch had us set up to sing on either side of one mic, so we were facing each other about two feet away, give or take, and Matthew is a giggler. By this I mean that once he starts laughing, even the littlest bit, he just can't stop. Kind of like this guy. My sides hurt driving home yesterday, we all laughed so much. And I thought we came up with some pretty cool parts. It's too bad for Matthew he has possibly the greatest singing voice I've ever heard. Too bad...
Well, today I'm working with Arthur Alligood on a little pre-production and tomorrow will finish up the guitars for Jonah's record. Then I'll be getting ready to head to Michigan with Cason and Garett for a solo show up there.
Ella's been walking around playing while I've been typing this, and I think she wants to say hello to everybody. I'll let her type for a minute:

Well, I think the "Name That Thing" award has to go to Bryan Allain, with his combination of a pig, a dog and Joel Osteen: "the pogosteen". Honorable mention should go to rhythmonly for "The Broken Soul of Cason Cooley".
All right, that's it for me right now. I'm going to spend a bit more time with the Ells before getting ready for the day.

They sorta like me too!
Ella is already a poet! I bet if you read that off to the guys in Radiohead, they would be weeping instantly.
